Flyer Distribution SG a company incorporated in Indonesia has provided this website https://flyerdistributionsg.com.sg/ and all products and services subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”).

Please read carefully which serves as the content of the legal agreement between our customers and us. These Terms and Conditions provide you with a detailed description of what you should consider before accessing and using our site, and purchasing our products and services. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, please stop immediately and do not access or use any information and submit orders for any products and services on our e-commerce site.   1. CLIENT OBLIGATION
    Our clients must provide us with accurate and complete information about their flyer distribution needs. Clients must also provide us with all necessary materials, including flyers and maps.
  2. ORDER PROCEDURES
    1. We provide flyer distribution services to our clients. Our services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Flyer Distribution SG products and services may be modified at any time due to constant product development. We cannot guarantee to deliver the exact same products and services when reordering at a later point in time.
  3. PAYMENT METHODS

    1. We accept several payment methods including Bank Transfer, Cash, Pay Now, and credit invoices under certain circumstances. When choosing a payment method, you agree that:
      • You have the relevant authority to use the payment method;
      • You have sufficient funds or credit facilities in place, and;
      • We may provide you with further instructions or terms that you must follow and agree to before using your chosen payment method.
    2. We reserve the right to request and obtain validation of your payment method. If the transaction is rejected, the associated order may be canceled.
    3. The order will only be processed when the payment is clear and available in Flyer Distribution SG.
    4. Please be aware of the different payment timelines. Orders cannot be processed until the funds have cleared.
    5. Transfer of ownership in any product will only take place upon providing you with confirmation of receipt of full payment.
  4. CURRENCY AND TAXES

    FILE UPLOAD PROCEDURES
    • Our experts will still conduct a standard check.
    • To ensure a quality of products and services, it is important to be as clear and specific as possible and to provide a responsive form of communication. Additionally, please consider the file preparation instructions on our website in order to minimise the likelihood of a mistake occuring.
    • The supplied artwork files must be in the specified image format and size.
  6. FLYER PRINTING DELIVERY CONDITIONS
    1. Store In Delivery : We will notify customers via email and whatsapp when the product is ready to pickup.
    2. Merchant Delivery
      • The order will be delivered to the provided shipping address as soon as it is ready.
      • The shipping address must be provided when submitting the order.
      • You may only change the shipping address in special cases and in consultation with our team, depending on the state of production.
      • We will ensure that the order is delivered to the provided address. If the provided address is incorrect or out of date, We are not responsible for any costs incurred in delivering the order.
      • Some delivery services may call before delivery, and only deliver if details can be confirmed. If possible, please provide a phone number that is monitored outside of business hours to ensure timely delivery.
  7. ACCEPTANCE, PROOF OF DELIVERY, FIRST CHECK
    1. You agree to inspect and record the received products and services on delivery confirming that they are free from any apparent defects or damage.
    2. If upon inspection, you notice that the products and services are damaged, you must specifically note the damages and send a signed version immediately and unboxing record to [email protected]. within 7 days of delivery.
    3. We will not consider any complaints about defects or damaged goods after 7 days have passed after delivery.
    4. Any claims for compensation for lost parcels to Us must be made within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
  8. CANCELLATION and COMPLAINT PROCESS
    1. COMPLAINT PROCESS
      • If you cancel the order without a special reason, there will be no refund. Upon consideration by us, and where production has not yet started, credit for the paid amount may be generated (with any incurred expenses deducted).
      • If you have already received your goods, they must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused condition and the full quantity. No refunds can be made until the products and services have been returned in full.
      • Except in the case of faulty products and services which breaches the statutory guarantees set out under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) of Singapore, complaints will only be considered if the issue is raised to our sales team email within 7 days from the delivery date.
    2. REPRINT AND RETURNS
      • Reprinting of defective products and services may be an option if feasible. For this to occur, you must return the full quantity of the defective goods. Production lead-times of reprints would stay the same with no artwork changes being permitted.
      • If there are no special reasons for return, then returned items will not be accepted.
  9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our website or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
