      Streamlined Job with HiFlyer Community System

      The HiFlyer Community System, a third-party outsourced platform, connects distributors, clients, and our team to ensure task transparency. Customers can track progress, view task assignments, and stay engaged throughout the project. Here’s how the process flows:

      Recruitment and Registration

      • Distributors sign up on the HiFlyer system by uploading their contact details.
      • The admin team checks the details to make sure they meet the requirements.
      • Once approved, distributors can access their accounts and see available tasks.
      • The efficient recruitment process with registration on HiFlyer makes it easier for us to filter distributors who meet the qualifications and keep track of their work history through their profiles.

      Training

      • New distributors will be trained on how to use the system, upload photos, track tasks, and submit work.
      • The goal is to help distributors learn the HiFlyer system and follow job rules to minimize mistakes during tasks. Distributors’ performance is evaluated based on task completion. We approve tasks when photos are verified and physical checks confirm there are no issues. If any problems or discrepancies are found during verification, the task is rejected.

      Job Creation

      • Admins create jobs in the system with a unique Task ID for tracking. Job details include target areas (e.g., HDB blocks, car parks, landed properties, or commercial offices), Job title, Client account, status, total payment, and deadlines.
      • We can combine different job types (like car parks, landed, commercial offices, and HDB) in a specific region, making the process more efficient and time-optimized.

      Task Assignment

      • Tasks are created in the HiFlyer system and assigned to distributors that are nearest to the job location, based on their home address, for cost-efficient transport.
      • A task is ready for execution once it has been assigned to a distributor in the system.

      Task Execution

      • Tasks are scheduled to track progress from start to finish, ensuring the entire job is completed.
      • Distributors follow task-specific rules (e.g., photo requirements for HDB, landed, street, or car drop tasks).

      Task Verification

      • Task supervisors monitor and assist distributors to ensure they meet deadlines and track tasks based on their schedules. With HiFlyer, we can now automate this process for greater efficiency. Once all tasks are completed and verified, they are marked as “Completed” in the system.

      Job Status Updates

      • Distributors and clients are updated with task progress and status via the HiFlyer system.
      • Clients also receive real-time updates through a customer URL link.
      • The URL link allows clients to view detailed task information and photos.

      Payout & Rewards

      • Payments are processed automatically through the HiFlyer system once a task is verified.
      • Distributors receive their earnings via bank transfer as soon as the same day, with all transaction records visible in the system.
      • Rewards will be given to distributors who are committed and successfully complete the job.
